The two of them go together perfectly, they keep things light and fun and completely non-stressed despite the naturally-stressful situation. And of course the most important thing: our photos came out amazingly well, just the way we wanted them: bright, colorful, cheerful and vivid, despite it being a rainy, grey day. You'd never know the weather was anything but perfect. They even found a sunset at one point, ran to get us, and helped us rush over to where the view would be best, leading to some of our favorite shots of the day. The photos are detailed without too much of that "soft" "romantic" feel some photographers go with... but not so detailed that you can see every last wrinkle as I've seen with other photographers; they found a great balance. Alyssa and Jim take both unexpected shots and classic photos for a really great, modern blend. Truly an excellent experience, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

She is the sweetest person who really wants to hear your story and create the best images possible for you wedding day. We talked on the phone for about an hour and completely clicked - don't underestimate how important this is! Christina is basically a gem in the world of wedding photography. She doubles as a wedding planner. She had a whole schedule she sends you almost by the half hour for your wedding day. Its AMAZING. I really can't even explain how important it was to know how on top of it she was. She made sure I didn't see my groom before the ceremony - and never tried to push us to do a first look. On top of all this, the photos are amazingly beautiful. I wish I could post the photo of my husband when he saw me for the first time. Her second shooter, Jen, worked with my hubs and his groomsmen. The guys LOVED her. I think they wanted her to be a guest at the wedding more than a photographer. She managed to keep them all in check (not easy), produce AMAZING photos, and blend in like a guest. We hired Will to photograph my son's low-key casual wedding. He was fantastic!…read more First, he was the most responsive of all the photographers we contacted. He discussed with the couple and was happy to work with their plans and what they did and didn't want, and very thoughtful about the photography options with great suggestions. He was a super nice guy as well. The day of the event he was professional, very flexible in the face of lots of cooks in the kitchen, clearly knew what he was doing, and really nice to work with. He knew how to compose shots and make them look great. But most important, the pictures came out wonderful! Finally, his fee was completely reasonable and appropriate to the occasion (unlike other photographers we contacted who said they had a minimum wedding fee whether or not it was a large, standard wedding event). I would say he exceeded expectations, and made it a super comfortable low-stress process. I would 100% hire him again!
