Horrible experience with them. Placed an order for a lift chair and they did not submit the order for 3 weeks. We were waiting all that time expecting our chair. When I called to follow up on the progress of the order, I found out the salesperson never even put the order through. So they wasted 3 weeks and my parents needed the chair for medical reasons. Once it did come, the delivery people were unprofessional. Finally, when I went to the store to inquire about a billing matter, the salesperson turned his back on me and engaged in conversation with another employee and refused to speak to me. I waited and someone else finally helped me. We will never go back to this store and will drive to another town if we need something or order from an on-line store. read more
