Then there were no seats even when I arrived extra early. Also, the promised wifi didn't work. Use Primera Plus instead but reserve seats well in advance as Primera sells out fast because it's cheaper than ETN. Also, zero options for hot and/or real food. Just drinks and the standard horribly unhealthy Mexican snack food. I didn't see any surrounding businesses outside the station offering food either. You'd have to walk a way towards town to find any taqueria or something like that.

Lots if noise throughout the night & morning The first time staying there i paid $200+ usd Paid for romantic dinner package The person who set up left the patio door open ! & there must of been over 100 tiny mosquitos scattered around the roof of the room me & my girlfriend spent hours trying to kill them all. Before that i went to the office where only a security was there and passed me a can of bug spray !! He said take it up with management in the morning im just a security. Next morning spoke to a woman & told her my situation & all she said was "okay" Sounded like she didnt want to further hear my conversation due to other guest being checked in . They provided us with food and beverages (those packaged sandwiches with pepper jam are fantastic!) to help accommodate us during the long bus commute. There were also plenty of entertainment options, including several movies (I finally was able to watch the second Spongebob movie, in Spanish of course!). There was also this interesting word search game that showed me several words I've never seen before, but I guess I only know high school Spanish. Tip: You shouldn't play that game if you get motion sickness like I do. By the time I finished the game, I was in tears from a nasty headache trying to concentrate. Don't be me. Enjoy your bus ride! The seats recline and and there are plenty of places to hold your things, like hangers for a trash bag. We got complementary headphones to listen to our movies, and of course after each trip, I grabbed a bunch of them for the road because I love free things.

We were told Uber was an option, but this private driving service sounded like more secure. We had a dedicated local driver in a plush minivan. The one-way, cash-only cost was $130, which we felt was reasonable given the safety and comfort we wanted as first-time travelers to this part of Mexico. Our experience was without incident. He was on time and able to provide us an accurate estimate of the driving time. He even made a rest stop. I couldn't help it. I had too much tequila on the plane, OK?
