There was only one handicap accessible space, very few spots at the entrance and it was a walk to the lower parking lot. It was dimly lit, with several light fixtures flicking. The decor was seriously dated, 1970's style. It looked like a lodge in the mountains. A staff member was rude and didn't want to help. The family couldn't get there early enough to set up and all cabinets were locked, so we had to ask at the desk if we they had any utensils. They had a mish mash container of them. Rates are too high for the facility. And to top it off, there it off, there is a freight train running next to the park of this facility and several trains had come by on the three hours that the service went on. I was looking out for Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomeii. You can find better in the area. If the residents of Crete are happy with this, they need upgrades and find out where there tax dollars are being wasted on.

We had a shelter area to eat under outside. Right next to it is a kids play area. Everything that kids love to play on. They have a big field that we played Volleyball baseball bingo and we play basketball as well. They have an inside area. The inside area Had enough space to put about six or seven tables contain the men's and the women's bathroom and also area where you could set up and warm up food or cook food. My family really enjoyed themselves here I'm sure we will consider this location again next time we have another family reunion in Illinois.

Every time I've trusted the managers because I know that things can happen and I've been very patient. For some reason they make it hard to contact corporate although they keep saying that they will release the 1800 number. I just literally want one account and not 6. This should have been a super easy fix. I was told that my card won't continue to get charged but that was a lie so here i am literally standing in a line because no one seem to know the 1800 number for corporate in the whole building which I find to be very strange.

Customer service inside the facility was amazing. However customer service through email is an…read moreabsolute joke! They take days to respond, it's always someone different, and no one actually comprehends what you are asking them to do. I had 5 kids on my account with summer passes. 3 were supposed to end on 8/5 and 2 on 9/5. I asked for the 3 to be cancelled so I didn't start getting charged the monthly fee. They canceled all 5kids. When I ask them to undo their mistake for the other two kids, I'm told once they're cancelled they can't undo it. So two kids lose out on a whole month for their mistake and it took them 2 weeks of back on forth for them to say that. No I'm sorry for confusion or how can we make this right.

My oldest liked the obstacle course ball pit and the teenagers in the group enjoyed the laser tag. I'm sure when my kids are older they will love the climbing and high ropes course. The facility is a good size and the pizza was delicious. It was very clean. I happily will drive longer just to get here as I've been to a skyzone twice now and haven't been impressed. Skyzones tend to be quite small and often too hot on the inside. The one in South Bend I really didn't like as I jumped into the foam pit and it's so deep that I struggled to get out and felt like I was having a panic attack. We will be back!

Over 1 hour wait for just a slice of pizza, pretzel or anything to eat. I asked if we could leave so I can feed my kids and get them McDonalds and come right back. I was told no, you can only go to the parking lot but you can't leave. I asked for a Manager. She was trying to tell me the same. After repeatedly telling her there is no food available and I need to feed my kids lunch. She should be able to make an exception since it was not my fault that they were backed up that much. She agreed to let us back in after telling me to come back with a different attitude. I am shocked!! Amanda is a Manager and treats paying customers like this. I did not yell, call her any names or make a scene whatsoever. I am Autistic and am probably more animated than "normal" people. How disgusting of her. I am very disappointed. I wanted to buy a season pass, not anymore. (Kids gave this Urban Air only 2.5 stars compared to the others in the area. Rules are too strict and got yelled at by teenage staff for sitting on a Trampolin and taking a short break.)

I even bring by a bus of children for activities on Sundays. It's pretty well-kept. The grass is always cut. I always see the guy cutting the grass early in the morning. The park has got a sandy area for volleyball, a large field with goals for soccer, and a court for basketball. Pretty large park. It also has those free breakfast and lunch programs during the week for children under 18. The only downside now is that the bathrooms are locked. Sometimes, I would really love not to go home to use the washroom..
