I recently purchased a home in San Antonio and needed insurance. I found him straight off Google and contacted him via email. He replied right away and got me several competitive quotes, explained the Pros/Cons of all of each, and got me squared away with minimal effort on my part. A few months later, I purchased an exotic car and once again, reached out to Pablo to get my insurance situation sorted out. This was particularly challenging--since exotics can be difficult to get insured due to risk--but Pablo worked his butt off to get me sorted out. Even after I was denied coverage with one company, Pablo was never discouraged and kept on the hunt until he was able to secure a great policy for me at a great rate. For any supercar owners out there reading this, I highly recommend you get in touch with this guy. It saved me a huge headache and a bunch of money. All in all, I can sincerely recommend Pablo. I will definitely be reaching out to him for all my insurance needs in the state of TX and I recommend you do too.

Terry is honest, kind, and extremely caring. Two months before we ended up signing a purchase agreement, Terry walked me through the process, the closing costs, the fees, line by line. Nothing is hidden, with Grove Mortgage. Our builder's lender gave us a worse rate with twice the amount of closing costs, mostly due to the builder's lender charging ridiculous origination fees, which Grove Mortgage does not do. I have been on numerous phone calls with Terry past 6:30 or 7 pm. He makes himself available, which is so important. Terry even saved us from some shadiness that was going on with our original realtor. He has made this process much more calm than I had ever imagined. Once again, I cannot recommend using Grove Mortgage enough, we truly feel like we have been treated like family.

The first call went well and they were interested in helping me. They were going to look into my self employment options and get back to me. I called back later that day with new information to give them to assist the process and I was sort of shuffled off the phone stating they would get back to me when they heard something. I explained it was urgent as we were moving very quickly. They said, no problem. They never called back. Very poor customer service. Well we got approved quickly with Academy Mortgage and they have been very attentive and have gone the extra mile to make sure we are getting the best available for us. Call your prospects back. Thankfully, I found Shane Barbee with Sente Mortgage. Having Shane is like having those thousands of Google results, but instead of a web search, you can call or text him for a very precise answer, pretty much any time day or night. This guy knows it all and really cares about educating you about the process! When I finally found a house to buy - which in this competitive market can feel like a miracle in itself - Shane was there to guide me through the entire mortgage process. Even more impressively, when I wanted to adjust my offer at 8pm on a Thursday night, with a due date of one hour later at 9pm, Shane was able to pre-approve me with plenty of time to spare. I'm confident that if I had called this man at 3 AM, he probably would've answered, and more so, he would probably be happy to talk to me! It was great knowing that I never felt like I was being a bother or a burden with my many questions. In short, the mortgage portion of The homebuying process can be an opaque and downright confusing process, but with Shane on my team, it made the complex become easy. I am so glad I chose to go with Sente Mortgage, and I would eagerly recommend them to you for all of your mortgage needs.
