Unfortunately, I couldn't answer at the time, but when I called him back, he didn't answer my first attempt. However, he did pick up when I called him back on the second number, and we had a conversation that lasted for about 9 minutes. During our conversation, Phillip shared that he had just been released from the hospital and was dealing with a terminal medical condition (notably one of his earlier excuses was he "just got back in town". While that may be true if he was visiting a hospital "out of town", I don't know how true his claim are). While I tried to be understanding and sympathetic towards his situation, I must admit that I had been waiting for updates for 21 days only to receive excuses. Phillip's revelation about his health condition came across as an unexpected reason, and I couldn't help but feel uncertain about the credibility of his claim, given my prior experiences and the other reviews I've come across. Phillip also claimed that as a business owner myself, I shouldn't leave negative reviews for other companies in the same industry. I disagree with this assertion, as I hired him for a service, and my review is based on my customer experience. Additionally, I took measures to maintain anonymity by blacking out any references to my company in the screenshots I provided. I asked Phillip to update me ASAP, but he continued to give excuses instead. It started to escalate, and I informed him that I would be recording the call, to which he responded indifferently, saying he didn't care. Phillip continued on to ask me if either I or someone in my family had been affected by his medical condition in which I responded someone in my family has. He then states would I talk to them in the way I was talking to him? I did not talk to him any kind of way outside of the way he talked to me and even still I kept my boundaries (as you will see below and in the audio he blew his top) From there, the situation took a turn for the worse, as Phillip resorted to using profane, obscene, and disrespectful language, including calling me names such as "pussy," "bitch ass pussy," "ingenious," "manipulator," "coward," and more. He even went so far as to threaten to sue me if I didn't remove this review in 24 hours. He eventually hung up in my face. Similar to many experiences of others, he begun to victimize himself as if he is the one that deserves all of the sympathy. While Phillip's situation is very unfortunate (if it's actually true) and I do wish his recovery, treating others in the disrespectful and degrading tone and demeanor that Phillip exhibited is unwarranted. Phillip alleged numerous times he "knows all about me" and "has people all over this country" (to be honest I'm not sure what this actually means and if this is a threat or not). Overall this guy has bad business practices and when he is called out on it, he will make excuse after excuse to justify the unjustifiable and victimize himself seeking understanding with something that simply doesn't compute. "The math isn't math-ing," as many would say these days. Be careful when working with this company!

I used Phil for my case a few times. Refered a friend to him for service and he took her money,…read morenever served the documents! When confronted, he acted confused and even asked for more payment!!! Very unprofessional
