Then the very over worked server who had at least three regular tables picked up a large table of 9 or ten in a group. Of course after he took our order we never saw him until we had to ask for our bill to be brought as we waited over 10 minutes for him to bring it. We never got refills on our coffee, we were never asked if everything was okay and how was the food and did we need anything else. So I receive cold American fries, and a barely poached egg which was cold but nicely served on a very burnt muffin. From start to finish we had an absolutely miserable time and the food was disgustingly awful. My brother brought me here as it was my 80th birthday. I had to apologize to him for suggesting this place. It has just gone to hell and there is no other way to put it. Even the cashier never asked how was the meal, our experience or anything just pay. Oh and on a health note. You should instruct your staff NOT to put their fingers on the INSIDE of the glasses when bringing them to the tables.
