I rented a bounce castle two weeks before my daughters birthday party(first time ever)and checked the weather daily. I called these poor people 3 times in one week to change the date of the delivery. They were always kind, understanding and helpful. My party was scheduled for one. The bouncy castle arrived around 11 giving my girls plenty of VIP time before the party. For the price, the service and quality of the castle was just amazing. The delivery men were very nice and the castle was super clean. It was a huge hit. I rented a large bounce house, table and chairs. All was delivered and set up on time and removed on time as well. The gentlemen wiped down the inside of the bounce house and set the table and chairs up for us, a service not done by a previously used company. Note-this was a family party so the condition of the table and chairs were not at issue. If your renting for something formal let them know and perhaps they have some that are a bit more pristine. Due to family issues we needed to reschedule twice and they were super accommodating. I highly recommend this company! read more

This was our second year working with Fun Kids Jump and they were fantastic yet again. I had to reschedule 2 times due to rain and they were so accommodating. They recommended a great place to set up the equipment that worked very well and wiped everything down again after setting it up. I was pleasantly surprised with this company. They returned my call very quickly and were able to process a short notice order (one week out) to provide a bouncehouse at a very reasonable rate. I had a copy of the reservation very shortly after the phone call and a SpongeBob moonbouce arrived for our event in perfect time. It lcertainly did not dissapoint a group of children ( ages 5-9) except when it was time for the bouncehouse to deflate for return :) I would recomend them to any person/group looking for a moonbounce rental. This weekend we had a birthday party for my son who turned 6 on Friday. From the first conversation with this company to the pickup of the chairs & moonbounce, I have encountered nothing but top-notched professionallism. Last year I had a very bad experience with another company. I can't remember their name (that's how bad they were) but look under my profile and you'll see a review for another company done in May 2011. This year, I did a search online and found Fun Kids Jump and called. I received a short contract within the hour of my phone call. About a couple of weeks later, I realized that I also needed chairs, so I called, and again, within the hour, a new contract was emailed to me with the chairs added. The price was awesome, and I felt pretty comfortable that I had made a great choice. So the day comes--and as promised--no better than promised, the moon bounce and chairs arrive 15 minutes before the time period arranged! Friendly service, quick delivery, and a clean, unique, new-looking moon bounce. We ordered a Monster Wheels moon bounce, which was pretty hard to find (party theme was Monster Jam). Pickup went smoothly and, more importantly, quietly because my kids were sleep. This experience more than made up for the nightmare I had with that other company last year. So from now on--whether it's moon bounces, chairs, tables--whatever, if I need to rent anything for a party I will call Fun Kids Jump. I also gave the parents at the the company's information, so I hope they get lots of business! read more

This review is way overdue. I've rented moonbounces from Fun Kids Jump several times and have never been dissapointed. The delivery people always arrive early to set up the moonbounce. They go over the rules and safety procedures with us before leaving. The moonbounces have always been clean and the kids have loved every single one we've rented. They stay occupied allowing the adults to have a great time during the parties. They also have snow cone and popcorn machines, which are great in the summer!! I've also rented tables, chairs and table clothes for events I've hosted at my house and for church activities. The pricing is very reasonable, the best in the area. I will continue to rent party equipment and moounbounces from Fun Kids Jump in the future. Strongly recommend it! read more

Having dealt with a couple of other companies in the area, these guys are the best. They dropped off early, all the equipment was in good shape, staff was really friendly, and they picked up on time (actually gave us extra time). I will be doing business again with these folks. I recently had an excellent experience with this company. I've never rented a moon bounce before, and first identified this company through Yelp. When I called to reserve a bounce/slide combo for my daughter's birthday party I found Eddie (a co-owner) to be a big help in figuring out what would fit in my smallish and not-entirely-flat yard. On the day of the party Eddie showed up personally to do the set-up of the moon bounce, and later returned to do the breakdown. Eddie and his team were punctual and professional. This company is the worst, they ruined my twin daughter's birthday party last weekend. They were to deliver the princess moonbounce at 1:00pm, I called them about 1:15pm to see if they were close by. The person who answered the phone whom is the owner, could first not find our reservation. Then I gave him the reservation number and he was able to find us and without any trouble he said, oh I don't know what happened, but we double booked you. The princess moonbounce was delivered to another house. There were no apologies or offer of another moonbounce, he said I don't know if you gave us a wrong day or if it was our system. You could imagine I was so angry since I had 50 kids coming to their party. I asked if they had another moonbounce, and he said no, and hanged up. Then my husband called him and he hanged up on him too. Please do not use their services, they are irresponsable and careless about their customers. I would not want your party to be ruined like ours was. read more
