I wanted to find a budget-friendly photo booth for my wedding day. After contacting several photo booth vendors, I was able to stumble upon Fun Frame Photo Booth. My friend had used them for her wedding back in 2019. I saw that there was a special deal happening, so I got on the deal ASAP. I had booked them a little less than 11 months before my wedding day. My main contacts were Ryan and Lealia. Any time that I had a question or request, Ryan and Laelia would get back to my messages very quickly! I also loved how Ryan and Laelia would send lots of follow-up emails. As someone who has high anxiety about planning events, I extremely appreciate vendors who are super proactive with providing clear communications to their clients. The client portal was very easy to use. The portal had everything that you needed from adding more photo booth features to Fun Frame Photo's COI. A few weeks prior to my wedding day, I was able to review the artwork print templates to make sure that they were to my liking. On my wedding day, Aimee had arrived on time. She set up the photo booth and laid out the photo props for my guests to use. I was pretty sad that I didn't get to use the photo booth as much, but I was also happy that my guests seemed to have had fun with the photo booth! Really great experience with Fun Frame Photo Booth. We did a roaming photo booth and Imelda was the photo attendant. Everything was great about this experience. I originally chose them because they had the best price, but the customer service was also fantastic.
