I'm only talking about the Lititz branch on 501 next to the car wash. We've been with Fulton for many years.....about 30 and I've never had issues with Fulton until we moved to Lititz. We are considering moving to another bank simply because of how poorly we have been treated there. It's not like we don't have a lot of money with them......but they even question a $50 check and another issue that just does not make any sense when we trust them with out checking and savings. We went to another Fulton for both issues that Lititz had and there were no questions asked. read more

Do not bank with them. Every single thing I have been told by this bank has always been misleading and consistently false. Everyone you speak with says something different. Everything they do has costly corrections at the borrowers expense. Do not risk banking with them, poor support, inaccurate information, and lack of knowledge about your financial needs or options. I have been charged multiple times by their employees on several occasions wrecking my limited budget and leading to late fees and overdrafts for expenses affected by their lack of organization. They are not there to facilitate, help or guide you through your options, they will leave you feeling hopeless, helpless, and confused by their constant flip flops in the information they provide you. Fulton is the prime example of poor management and lack of reliability. read more

I visited this bank in person and even called to speak to another agent over the phone. They don't seem to know what they are doing. I am hoping to speak with a branch manager today. I am also hoping I won't get the pat response given to others with an 800 # to call because I tried that number and there isn't a way to talk to a human. Fulton Bank has been good to me for over 15 years. They gave me my first credit card when I didn't have any credit history and they've always been delightful to work with over the years. This branch in particular never made you wait long in line and the staff was always friendly. 5 Stars. read more

Am very disappointed after leaving a major bank. Yes, it's a local business but it has NONE of the perks and extras that Wells Fargo had....for example, at the ATM it's very confusing when you have multiple accts. I miss being able to personalize my accts. I can't tell which is which when I want to transfer or withdraw money. It doesn't show the amts. and they are all called primary or just checking! When transferring money via online or the ap, I can't write a memo about the transfer.... Which is important to me. I tried to transfer money to a money market acct. and the tellers could not figure out which was the MM acct. I had even given them a number. They figured it out after 3 tellers got together and then they told me I didn't have the right number.....the number I had given them was the last 5 numbers of the acct. Duh! I filled out a form to express my thoughts about what they could do to get with the times...no one called me even after the manager knew no one had followed up with me and he again assured me someone would absolutely call me the next week. That was months ago. Alas, it's less than a year and already I am gearing up to start the arduous process of transferring all of our automatic payments / deductions BACK to Wells Fargo. I was hoping someone would contact me. They are definitely WAY behind the times technologically. I even suggested one of their managers open a Wells Fargo acct. just to see what they have and realize everything Fulton Bank is missing. If you are even slightly techno savvy, forget Fulton. They don't cut it. And with no follow up of the form that was given to me to fill out....they obviously don't care. read more
