We've never had to wait in the lobby longer than 2 minutes, which is unheard of in this field. He always gives you the time YOU need to discuss your medical condition and concerns without ever making you feel "rushed". He LISTENS to you and doesn't give you the feeling that you don't know what you're talking about. He and his staff genuinely care about our family and make us feel like we're his only patients. Most practices experience a high turn-over with staffing, this one doesn't know what turn-over is. They've had the same staff since we started going there. Located next to the West Shore Hospital Emergency Room (where you should head for more serious ailments), the Walk-In is spacious, clean, and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes between the time of arrival and being seen by a doctor. Even if they are out of network for your health insurance, the cost for services is relatively reasonable. I tend to be skittish about the seeing the doctor, but the environment here is straightforward and calm. Although I've only visited for acute issues, I think that you can also schedule pre-arranged appointments for more routine procedures like physicals and immunizations.
