Full Force cleaned my house a couple of years ago and did a fine job. In January 2025, I spoke with Kenneth and scheduled another pressure washing job for my house and roof. On Sunday, Jan 12, he called and asked to reschedule our Monday job due to rain the next day. No problem, I agreed and rescheduled for Thursday. On Thursday, he texted me and said he was involved in a traffic mishap having been re-ended. I was empathetic and asked him to keep me posted and we'd reschedule once things settled down. A few days later, he texted and we rescheduled for Saturday at noon. On that morning, I got a text from his wife saying he was unavailable due to complications from being rear-ended and would have to reschedule. I was understanding to his hard circumstances and agreed to wait. He texted back a week or so later and rescheduled for this past Friday at 10. I texted him Friday morning to ensure we were on schedule still. He never responded to my text. I tried calling Full Force but got no answer. I wish Kenneth the best but there seems to be more going on than just what I have texted above. BEWARE!!!! These are the results of Full Force Pressure Washing. After claiming car trouble that kept him from showing up multiple times he arrived and KILLED multiple trees, bushes and broke fans. He did not complete the job. Kenny Rebello said he would reimburse us for the damage he caused because he was principled and was honest. We asked him to finish the job and make things right but because he didn't like our using the word "excuse" when he didn't show up the 3rd time, he stated he would not deal with us and that we couldn't do anything about it. Very pleased with the work performed. Prompt call back, provided a quote over the phone after looking at the job through google maps and able to come out within 2 days. Kenneth showed up promptly, went to work and finished the job as promised. We had our driveway, walkway, pool deck and super-gutter cleaned. Also he pointed out areas that couldn't get perfectly cleaned and explained why instead of ignoring it which I appreciate. Everything looks great. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again. John is very professional. He called me when he was on his way. He walked me through everything and asked if I had any particular areas of concern. I highly recommend their services! They pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, house and back patio. I mentioned to John that I was having issues with water flow to my rain barrel. He said he would take a look to make sure the gutter wasn't clogged. He ran some water down to see if there was a blockage. He really went above and beyond. Once the pressure wash was complete, he walked me around the house to review the job. John pointed out some screws under the eaves where the rust was starting to spread. He recommended replacing them with stainless steel screws. Customer Service is obviously very important to them. Kenneth came out and completed the pressure wash of my pavers, sidewalk, and drive way and did a good job. He promised to come back later in the week to seal the pavers. He called later in the week and said he couldn't make it and had to reschedule. I rescheduled with him for a couple days later. That day I took off of work and he said that he was running late and would be there within 1 hour. He texted me with in the hour and said he couldn't make it that his mom was in the hospital. I sympathized with him and said no problem. We rescheduled and he said he would be there early morning on Friday. He never showed up and never called after taking another day off of work. I've tried calling him for the past two weeks and no answer. Overall, I only paid him for the work he completed. It was very unprofessional of him and I do not recommend doing business with this person. These guys are the real deal! Hard working, strong attention to detail, and professional. We live on St Johns Avenue in the Avondale historic district and our curb appeal is important to us.
