    Was soooooo excited to get my hair done and I heard so many good things about the quality of…read moreservices. My mother was one of the people who had nothing but nice things to say. I stopped in Tuesday and spoke to both the owner and her employee about my upcoming event (happening Friday). We talked at length and I felt confident this would be a good fit so I paid for my hair up front, though the shipment hadn't arrived yet, and scheduled my appointment. My appointment was on a Thursday evening. I got a call mid Wednesday morning. Again, I'm still excited....thinking they are calling just confirm. Actually, she was calling to reschedule but the two times she had remaining would not work for my schedule. Had it ended there, I would have been disappointed but this review would have never happened. Now it's time to get my money back for hair I paid for. The young lady I was speaking to advised me she would have to speak to the owner and she would call me back. An hour later and no call back so I dropped in the store. When I walked in, I was a little confused. They were both there, both working on wigs, both on the phone, yet no one had reached out to me. So I stood quietly, waiting for one of them to finish up on their call. The young lady finished first so I asked had she spoken to the owner about my refund. She said no, she had just got back from a closing. Then she didn't say another word. I stood some more, in silence. By now, I'm fuming. How long would it have taken for them to address the situation while I was standing there? So I turn and walk out to avoid vocalizing what I was feeling in the moment. About 20 mins after I leave the shop, I start getting calls from the shop. I call back after a few calls and confirm the last 4 of the card I used. She said it wasn't the card they had on file so I told her I'd just come pick the hair up and sell it myself. So I go back to the shop with the debit card associated to the account I used to pay with but the last 4 of the card didn't match up...which wasn't her issue. My credit union will basically pay with a "dummy card number" when they e-pay for security reasons. I tried my best to explain that without getting too frustrated...that wasn't her fault. But because of that, she couldn't refund me. So again I tell them just to give me the hair, I'll sell it myself. By now, I'm really aggravated. So then she tells me the hair at home, possibly still in transit. By then all I could do was shake my head and walk out once again. I told them I would come back tomorrow. I went back to the truck, which was parked right outside the shop and just sat a moment. That's when the owner finally walked out with cash and tapped on my window. She had $280, the hair was 272 with tax. I told her thanks and rolled my window up before I said the things that I had fought back saying throughout the day. I really want to be fair with this review, thus the reason for it being so long. I know things happen but how we respond to those things matter. The impression left was they didn't want to be bothered while I was there, and they would deal with me at their convenience. I was looking forward to starting a lasting relationship but they ended that real quick. Hope you have a better experience!
