They taught us what my body would go through during labor, how birth progresses, and so many practical, evidence-based ways to manage pain. It was hands-down the most informative, empowering, and genuinely fun class I've ever taken.
The support didn't stop there. My doulas came to our home to help us create a birth plan that reflected what was important to our family. When labor began, they were there for all three days of it. They literally slept on my floor so they could continue supporting us through every stage. They stayed by my side at the hospital, advocating for me, encouraging me, and helping me feel calm and confident through one of the biggest moments of my life.
