(do you know NL is the biggest exporter of soy sauce?) and use fake Wasabi (hard to get real wasabi. Do you know it's been used against parasites in raw fish?).. Ok, enough about facts and Pulp fiction references. I can not say it's special or they have a totally renewing concept or menu card. However prices are fair, service is good and ambiance might even be better then the other Sushi places. The food is fine and seems to be a little fresher then the sushi of other local competitors. But it's a slight difference. One thing that annoyed me a bit was the loud top 40 music. I would have picked something more relaxing if this was my restaurant.
