Our bill with tax came to $14.30 and I added a $3.70 tip bringing the total to $18 and I signed the the receipt agreeing to pay that amount. When I checked my bank statement, I had been charged $20.78. I called as soon as they opened at 11 am and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he would not be in until noon. I called back at 12:35 only to be told he had come in but left and they didn't know when he would be back. Yeah, right. I call Bullshit on that!! Instead of trying to make things right for a customer, they gave me the run around. Needless to say we will never eat here again. I know a $2.78 overcharge is not huge, but its the principle of the matter as I signed the receipt and agreed to pay $18, not $20.78 and if they did this to me, how many other people are they doing this to and getting away with it as well??
