I had a state cop say I was speeding in excess of 20 mph over, wouldn't let me look at his gun, and admitted my car matched the description of a perp that had just held up a convenience store in Fort Morgan (I was headed west by Camp Maranatha). Fugate took it to court for me; charged less than $300, and crucified the cop during his questioning. The judge finally told him he obviously didn't remember the correct stop and fined me $10 for admitting I was probably a little over the speed limit with my wife & kids coming back from Lincoln on Christmas Eve.
