The space is incredible, with all-new gym equipment and plenty of room to get a great workout in. Right now, it's mostly an open-gym format, which is perfect for my needs. I love being able to come in, do my own thing, and have access to such a great space and equipment. They also plan on adding more classes for members, which I'm really looking forward to as they continue to grow. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The vibe feels luxury, but there's nothing stuck-up or intimidating about it...everyone makes you feel like you belong. The staff are so welcoming that it already feels like a second home. I also really appreciate that they're open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve. It's amazing to watch a small business grow and bring something great to our community. I'm excited to keep working out here and watching this place grow.

I explained I was…read morewanting to start using weights again, but, that I need to work around my injury, and all the pain around it. She listened, asked questions and right away said she was there for me. She said "see you at 6:30am tomorrow". My first instinct was fear. I had been in so much pain, and working out sounded painful. But, I decided, I'm in pain no matter what, and I'm ready to try. I knew, I could trust her and the years of experience she has. I am so glad I started devoting 1 hour every morning to my fitness health. I've become stronger, even on my injured arm. I've made huge progress overall, and I can't wait to see how much more I can accomplish. My mind was starting to tell me I was too old to be feeling good again. That I should accept all the pain, and all the weight I had gained. Not only has Heather been there as a coach in fitness, but she's been there as a coach in my overall being. And I will continue to show up. I also want to add, Every morning I walk in there, I am greeted by all the trainers who are present. As well as their clients. It's welcoming and fun. The employees are responsible for the location and I'm not sure if it meets basic standards. Half the treadmills are broken with half of the available functions or the belt jerks underneath making it a safety hazard. The bathroom stalls are atrocious and I would never shower at this location knowing what it looks like. The worst part is the drinking fountains. The water dispense doesn't seem like it is cleaned and has mold growing around it. The front of the business looks great with lots of happy people using the equipment and lots of happy people in the aerobic class. The locker room is another story--filthy floor and lots of equipment out of order. To be fair. They did have hot water for the showers and soap. Both hand drying machines were broken. All shower doors appeared to be broken. Toilets filthy. So if you're only interested in using the aerobic equipment or taking a class, this is probably a good choice. Otherwise not sure.
