I hired this company to build a website for my company. We spoke regularly about the project to finalize the details and AS SOON as I PAID this guy, he STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS!! I have no website and he has taken several thousand dollars from me to get the jobs done. 2 months trying to get my money back for a website a paid for and he never delivered. read more

I hired them to make a website for our kennel. Months went by and nothing, then after a very long time i got the excuse that the designer was in the hospital, then months later still nothing. When i asked for my money back Randal said i will have something for you by tomorrow. I agreed because he said they were very close to finalizing the website. A week later he sent me a link to preview the site. They had put a picture of a Pomeranian and the top of the head of the dog was chopped off. The pages were not set up as i asked. I sent a message back to Randal telling him that it was all wrong. Sent him to another site to look at when we first got started and he never went there at all. I asked for a full refund of my money and No Response. I have called, texted and called the office and emailed them. Still NO RESPONSE. Hotwire Design ripped me off. Do not use them. read more

I also sing in a Gospel Quartet and even though our quartet does not have near the needs as the business does - we get the same great service. Finally - our quartet produces a benefit concert called We Care Concert. This is our third year and Ink & Thread has been a partner along side of us all three years with the same outstanding service. I would not recommend you do business with or work for Randal Lee, or any of the company aliases he uses. After trying for over a month to get paid for a freelance job that he stated was complete he stopped answering my phone calls about payment. Doing a few small google searches on the owners current name, Randal Lee, I found that I am not the only one. If you add ripoff to your search term (i.e.Randal Lee Ripoff) you will see that others, including a church were also scammed out of money or services. Can't really say if what I found online is true or not. What I do know is the company name has been changed three times this year: Pulse Marketing, Hotwire Design, and now Hotwire Social. He was trying to hire me to move his website to hotwiresocial.com so this is why I know it to be true. May also use the following names but I am not sure: Randal Lee Ministries RLM; Awaken Group; Awaken Media; Awaken Media Group; Awaken Artist Group; Transformation Tour; Meagan Graham; Timothy R Lee "Ministry" Supporting links I found on google about this company WARNING: Randal Lee with Pulse Marketing RIPS OFF CHURCH!!! Hired me to do a job but did not pay! The guy Randal hired me to take care of a "problem customer's" website for him who was about to take him to court. After I finished the job I never got paid for my work and can get him on the phone. Spoke with the customer he hired me to help and they said the work I was hired to do was complete. read more

Bad business. Do a google search for "Randall Lee Rip Off" He just changed his name from Pulse Marketing, LLC to Hotwire Design and is about to change to Hotwire Social but the owner is still Randal Lee aka Timothy R Lee read more
