They have a few TVs for viewing and had a live belly dancer briefly perform. They didn't have a DJ. It seems like they were playing music from a music playlist, which was a mix of RnB and Hip Hop. Their menu has food, drink, and hookah options. They had nothing on the menu except for Suya; so, we didn't have food. The drinks were pretty good and reasonably priced, given that they were served in plastic cups. The hookah was pretty good and lasted awhile. Of note, the bartender couldn't take cash because she didn't have enough change in the register to return; the only option was card payment.

The sign would advise they open at 5, but doors wouldn't open until nearly an hour later. They would frequently do grocery runs to Walmart then charge you the same amount for items such as wings that were clearly different and finally arrived right before they close the lounge. So you literally had to box them, then pay your bill to close..... With that said, The recent visit I made last week was MUCH better. Decor of this locale is real loungy and sleek. Nice ambiance for a Gwinnett experience...The staff is very pleasant, and the Siracha wings are amazing!!! Presentation was so simple but nice... My friend got another chicken dish, that kinda looked like a Cordon Bleu, and that was quite tasty as well. Drinks are fair, (tiny portions with ice), and the music is good. Mix of African/Reggae/HipHop. In all, I recommend this place if the consistency stays like this....but I had to be honest about my previous experiences.

The space opens up to a large shared area with couches everywhere surrounding and pointing to a big screen, perfect for a more public experience, but they also have rooms. We were in one of them for my friend's birthday celebration, and the hostess pointed me to the room no problem. The rooms themselves are spacious with a screen where you can pull up YouTube karaoke. Two mics and a Bluetooth keyboard that was pretty easy to handle. Loved that there were no technical issues, so the equipment proved reliable. But even if we had run into something, service was so attentive that I know it would have been fixed promptly. Speaking of service, I can't remember a time I received my food and drink orders so quickly. That was super impressive and made the experience all the better. They have a fun drink menu and decent pricing, so I definitely recommend. One thing I will say is that the payment terminal doesn't make it clear that 18% gratuity is already included and the itemized receipt doesn't automatically pop up, so it's very easy to mistakenly tip 20% on top of that. It would be nice if the server was more upfront about that in general, but she was also great, so it's not the end of the world. All in all, I truly enjoyed my time there.

They have private karaoke rooms, which makes it way more fun and personal, and the energy is always lit The food and drinks actually hit (which is rare for a lounge), and if you go on Tuesday, don't miss the $2 tacos and $5 drinks -- such a steal! They also have hookah and different themed nights, so there's always something going on. The best part? FREE private karaoke Monday through Wednesday, which makes it such a fun and affordable night out. Also amazing service as well. The karaoke room was fun with lights, tambourines, and a decent selection of music. I think they also have a drink and food selection as well upon request. My group of 3 did an hour of singing and we got our own room as well. For an hour, it was around $13 each, so not bad! Very similar to LA's norebang scene, but wayyy cheaper. Parking is a little scary at night though, but at least there's free parking.

We got a big room for 12 people and it ended up being like $50 an hour which wasn't bad at all split between 12 people. We ended up staying for 3 hours. There were so many choices for songs. There were two books and you can search for the song alphabetically by song title or by artist. You could order drinks at the front and snacks. We even got free fruit! The remote was kind of weird you had to make sure you put the song in correctly or it wouldn't register. The TVs had the song lyrics with weird music videos and sometime the lyrics were off probably because of copy right. Something funny is that after every song they gave you a score so that was funny to see. They also had tambourines that we were able to use for our songs. Overall it was really fun and would go back.

While still waiting, members of the staff were eating in front of us, seeming amused rather than concerned. After that kind of wait, it felt very disrespectful. Then, we were not told up front that an automatic 18% gratuity of $30.59 was added. There was also an extra $8.05 supplemental fee adjustment, which was never explained. Most concerning, we weren't shown the itemized receipt until after the card was already swiped. The subtotal was $169.95. With gratuity, fees, and tax, the pre-tip total was $222.78. Not knowing gratuity was already included, I added another $40.10 tip, bringing the final charge to $262.88. Restaurants can have tough days, but this was unacceptable. Please ask for an itemized bill before you pay.
