Not an easy dilemma. Did a bit of searching and I found Metropolitan. Since I found them online and didn't know them from a hole in the wall, I was a bit skeptical. But they took the order and payment on the phone and delivered in 15 mins! Amazing, amazing business, very nice people. Trustworthy too. Highest recommendation.

More specifically, I had ordered medicine from this pharmacy calling them before my. flight on my own expense, They have confirmed that there was a pharmacy in transit area (not outside the Frankfurt airport). This information was only partially correct as the pharmacy was very far from my gate (which I have informed them about). I only found out when I arrived and, I called them. They offered to send the medicine to the gate, good and fine but they charge money for. that 'service'. I paid a substantial sum for this medicine which needed to be kept cold, and they charged me for the cool bag as well. The medicine arrived in luke warm state in a bag that costs over 2 Euros. I have shopped in this pharmacy but mostly in Munich and they are not like this. Frankfurt staff is absolutely sub-standard. Also, I have a fidelity card which they never ask for and never give any discount. Furthermore, as overseas customer, I am entitled to tax reduction, but they never mention it unless you ask for it. This time around, they claimed that they did not have time to provide me with the tax return. When. I insisted they said OK but 'forgot' to bring the form to the gate together with the medicine. The person who came to the gate was talking very loud as if she was shouting at me. I am not sure what kind of staff is employed by this pharmacy. It gives the impression that Metropolitan Pharmacy treat foreign customers who do not live in Germany and do not speak German as not worthy of attention, care, and equal treatment - even though this pharmacy chain is actually located at the airport.
