He never seemed rushed or annoyed with my many questions. He always talked me through what he was doing and why. He located my main concern which was a musty smell from some standing water, showed me the places that it likely originated from, and gave me advice on how to follow up with my roofing company. He also said that if the problem persisted he would be more than happy to come back. He documented everything with pictures, and sent me the report the very same day. I could not ask for better service, and I will definitely be using them in the future for any other issues that arise.

What they DID NOT do was go around the house and back on the roof to see they missed a lot more trim damage after I had to point out that spot. $2600 worth. Additionally a very old sprinkler vacuum breaker was leaking when I turned it on in the spring. ZERO mention of it nor pictures in the report. They say they checked it and it wasn't leaking. That was $250. Hmmmmm. I gave then weeks to respond with a solution for the missed trim issue. They offered none. Now we go to small claims court and I make the social site rounds as well as notify the state attorney.

Did a great job inspecting my home. I was present for the entire inspection and they walked me…read morethrough everything they were looking at. Two of gentlemen conducted the inspection. One worked inside and the other worked outside. They finished by explaining to me what they were going to recommend get corrected. The report with all their suggestions was completed very shortly afterwards and the radon test triggered a report that was automatically sent to me after 72hours. I was a little concerned with the radon test results and asked that the test be conducted again for 96 hours. Without issue they ran the test again. They also conducted a scope of the sewer line and provided me with a link of the video to see it myself. They also had an infrared camera that scanned items unseen to the naked eye.
