He never seemed rushed or annoyed with my many questions. He always talked me through what he was doing and why. He located my main concern which was a musty smell from some standing water, showed me the places that it likely originated from, and gave me advice on how to follow up with my roofing company. He also said that if the problem persisted he would be more than happy to come back. He documented everything with pictures, and sent me the report the very same day. I could not ask for better service, and I will definitely be using them in the future for any other issues that arise.

(As well as an external AC electrical conduit safety issue they missed) They said they would note it. Additionally a very old sprinkler vacuum breaker was leaking when I turned it on in the spring. ZERO mention of it nor pictures in the report. They say they checked it and it wasn't leaking. That was $250. Hmmmmm. I gave then weeks to respond with a solution for the missed trim issue. They offered none. I had to email Dave and change our inspection time a few times, and he was very nice and accommodating. In fact, they sent out 2 technicians to make the process go a little faster, without compromising the quality of the inspection. We met Ryan and Jarred who worked quietly and diligently to ensure we knew what to ask for in our Inspection Objection with the sellers. Not only were they very professional and very nice, but they were extra through knowing we have a young baby and older son- pointing out multiple things my husband and I hadn't noticed (and probably wouldn't have) that were safety hazards...like the garage door sensors not stoping when they are supposed to...or the stairs to the deck being out of code and a bad tripping hazard, along with other electrical issues. We opted for the White Package with the radon and sewer line testing, and I am glad we did. I feel like our report was very detailed and gave us great information when proceeding with our soon to be new home. I would definitely recommend this company, Ryan and Jarred specifically, to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price. Thank you, guys!
