When inquiring about a store front location I was very rudely informed that she thought it was a complete waste of $25,000 a month to have a store front. Her customers won't go to a store to buy cotton candy she spat at me over the phone. I quickly corrected her and said, well I consider myself a customer and noticed the local delivery on the website so I was curious to see if there was a store front. I have since changed by mind and will not patronize her - so I guess she was correct in a way. After reading through the reviews here, I was expecting a much different Yasmeen and a warmer interaction. I would highly advise her to invest in someone with better phone skills and to be less of a witch when on the phone. The same message could have been delivered to me in a more professional manner and ultimately created a customer. Missed opportunity here.

The lady using the knife to slice the apples used the same knife for both. When I asked if she could use a new knife because I'm allergic, she and her coworker told me they couldn't use a different one since it was already contaminated. They said they use the same utensils for everything when preparing the apples and that all apples are cross-contaminated with everything in the store. I've been there multiple times and have never been told that there was a risk for allergy concerns. They were also rude when I tried to understand how everything could be contaminated with peanuts. This happened after I had already paid and was told I couldn't get a refund.
