Items were full-priced. Store was nicely kept. There was some invite-only bs sale going on, but honestly, I didn't see anything that I'd get at even -50% off! There were a coupla -50% racks, but it seemed to be tees and other lower priced items. Well staffed, nicely laid out store, but items were pretty boring. Nothing worth buying.

Trek is an established brand and it's not low-end stuff, so the prices aren't going to be like buying a Schwinn at Canadian Tire. Same goes for the gear. There are sales and clearance items, but it still won't be cheap. An accessory like one Pirelli Race tire runs about $130 before tax. On the other hand, if you're not a novice and looking to level up, you should include this store on your list of shops/products to research. Solid shop.

The downside, of course, is less selection to choose from. On the whole, I have found it to have a few choices in terms of whatever equipment, clothing, or accessories I'm looking for. Sometimes the size I need is already sold out, with no stock to replenish it. The biggest drawback always seems to be staff assistance (or lack thereof.) You need someone to unlock the change rooms, and sometimes I've had to approach the checkout and wait on someone to be available to do so. This also translates to either propping the door open while you search for another size, or waiting some more for further assistance. This isn't 100% the case and the staff are generally friendly and want to be helpful when there are enough on the floor. I like their sales sections, which often have some good finds. Their pricing in general is competitive, and I really like their FWD brand as a lower price point alternative to expensive brand names. I've been able to buy all kinds of equipment and clothing here. I'm glad it's there to serve as a neighbourhood go-to store.
