What a gorgeous afternoon at The Fair! So much to see and experience. All the staff were…read moreexceptionally friendly, parking was easy (plenty of parking helpers). The rides, the food and attractions make for great entertainment. Plenty of farm animals to see up close, indoor exhibits of local photographers, historic farm equipment and so much more. You won't be bored. Wear your walking shoes, lots of ground to cover.

Probably one of the best fairs in the area! My wife and I love going to these kinds of things. So…read moremuch to see and do!!! Coming here will keep anyone entertained for an entire day! Between the shows and animals, there is always something going on. There is no good way to write a review about this place, but I will try! Do you love farm animals? They have 3 barns of cows, a barn for sheep, and goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and so many other animals! DO NOT PET THEM! lol! They even have a milking barn, where they show you how cows get milked on farms. Along with that, they have tons of competitions amongst the animals. Tons of fun to watch! They also have a petting zoo where you can pet the animals, as well as a pony ride. Do you love kitchy shows? From watching someone carve wood to pig races, animatronic shows to acrobatics! You could spend a whole day watching them. Make sure to tip the performers! Do you like food? Well, look no further! You can find anything from typical sausage peppers and burgers to bbq, tacos, and apples 20 ways! Id list all the food choices, but there isnt enough room. There is something for everyone! Even picky eaters. Do you like games? They have plenty of those "easy" carnival games! HAHAHA! Try them once or twice but dont think that 1 more time and you WILL win, the house will win lol! From ring toss to the water game that blows up balloons, and from pick a duck to shoot out the star, they have all the fair games that you can want! Do you like rides? They have over 30! From mad mouse coasters to tilt a whirl as well as many others. You can buy an armband for a full day of unlimited rides or get ticket books! Some other noteworthy attractions are the demolition derby, horse races and shows! All in all, this is a great way to spend a day out with the family. There is plenty to see and do. Oh and plenty of parking! Just make sure that you leave early... the roads aren't designed to handle the amount of cars...

Went for the Jack O Lantern show on a Saturday evening…read more Large parking lot with lots of spaces. Doors open promptly at 6pm. You will NOT be let in if you arrive earlier. The walk-through start time was delayed a bit as they wanted to wait for it to get darker before starting...so those who purchased tickets for 6:00, 6:15 and 6:30 had to wait until about 6:40-45 until they began to let people in. The massive crowd gathered at the gate at around 6:35 dwindled down very quickly once they started to let people in. The walk itself took about 25 minutes...this is with stopping to take photos. The crowds were very manageable. It was never a issue where there was a backup or disruption of the flow of traffic throughout the walk...so kudos to them for limiting the reservations for each time slot. I do think the overall price of $24 per person was slightly higher for the walk-through experience. I would think $15ish would have been more appropriate. One thing to keep in mind that their FAQS state that not carvings are real pumpkins...this became pretty clear as you walk throughout the tour and get an idea of which ones were not real. Not a big deal...but does take away from the "wow" factor of the actual carved pumpkins. I do have to say that the surrounding attractions were a nice bonus. There was live music, a large tented seating area and multiple food vendor selling beer, smores, nachos, pizza, hot dogs and other items. These vendors were very reasonably priced in my opinion. Given this "bonus" I didn't mind the price of the walklthrough. Lots of photo ops as expected. All staff we encountered were very nice.

This is in regards to the Halloween jack o lantern show. The advertisement claims "6000 hand carved…read morejackolanterns" what they don't tell you and you'll soon realize is they are fake as in not carved pumpkins. Then they advertise a "beer garden with 30 craft beers". Its a roll out cart and couple of "kegerators" with 5 tap beer and a few canned ones. None are craft beer unless you consider yuengling, coors and Sierra Nevada craft beer, and they're 8 bucks each! The petting zoo was 5 goats and 2 alpacas. This would've been a fun little walk if the pumpkins weren't fake and the price was half of the ridiculous 20 dollars a person.
