No communication, no product inspection before sale, no refunds…read more Once I got back to my place and opened the sealed bag I saw that my order had been incorrect. I wanted a cartridge but instead received a concentrate for which I don't have the equipment to use. I did not even see the product in store, it was put in the bag and sealed so I wasn't able to correct the issue in store. I immediately turned around and drove back to get this unopened product exchanged. The person I interacted with this time told me that their store policy is to not do returns, and then attempted to sell me the initial product I wanted. This is despite the package being unopened and the sale occurring less than half an hour before. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed in these business practices, but at least there are plenty of other dispensaries nearby which respect their customers.

My review is regarding Sarah(the store manager @Sugar Ave location). I have had nothing but passive…read moreaggressive interactions with her. I ALWAYS feel very rushed every time she is the one who assists me. She will cut me off and continue to ask, "is that all?" and tell the customers behind me in line MULTIPLE times in our 5 minute transaction, " thanks for being patient" I do not feel as though I can ever take my time to look through products to make my decision, let alone answer any questions. I am a frequent customer at this location and this happens every single time she is working. And most recently, my problem with her is that if a customer questions the price of something advertised at a certain amount and it is not being rang up at that amount........DO NOT PASSIVELY AGGRESSIVELY pound on the keyboard and give them short one word answers, acting as though I am a pain in the a** and ruining your day. It is also not a good look when you are telling customers that they "just made it" when the come in for business at 7:47pm, that makes them feel very rushed! The last time I checked, the last transaction is to be before 8pm.
