No communication, no product inspection before sale, no refunds. Once I got back to my place and opened the sealed bag I saw that my order had been incorrect. I wanted a cartridge but instead received a concentrate for which I don't have the equipment to use. I did not even see the product in store, it was put in the bag and sealed so I wasn't able to correct the issue in store. I immediately turned around and drove back to get this unopened product exchanged. The person I interacted with this time told me that their store policy is to not do returns, and then attempted to sell me the initial product I wanted. This is despite the package being unopened and the sale occurring less than half an hour before. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed in these business practices, but at least there are plenty of other dispensaries nearby which respect their customers. read more

I just left this store. The salesman tells me it's buy 1 get 1 for .01. I buy the spooky truffles for $15 and tell him I want the other 1 for the .01. I then tell him I will take a ginger snap because it's also a buy 1 get 1 for .01. He bags my order and I leave. I get in the car and look and notice I have only 1 snap and 1 truffle. I go right back in to bring this to his attention and he informs me that he went over the order with me and that's the way it is. I tell him what I understood to be the deal-buy 1 get 1 for .01. He says he's sorry I did not understand him and that the sale is final. I was outside for maybe 25 seconds when I checked because I felt the bag was light. So there ya have it-never again will I go in this establishment. And let me just say I hate doing this-especially about a dispensary but I went back and gave him the chance to make it right and was very unimpressed with his lack of customer service and willingness to make it right read more

Bloom what can I say you can not smell there flower it's real old package on self the buts if that what you call them were super small super dry old harvest date on it was all most a year old. Staff was impatient not help full so sad.and I swear I got to different kinds of weed on my pre pack weed it was vary brown but on the up side it was kind of .
