Once I got back to my place and opened the sealed bag I saw that my order had been incorrect. I wanted a cartridge but instead received a concentrate for which I don't have the equipment to use. I did not even see the product in store, it was put in the bag and sealed so I wasn't able to correct the issue in store.
I immediately turned around and drove back to get this unopened product exchanged. The person I interacted with this time told me that their store policy is to not do returns, and then attempted to sell me the initial product I wanted. This is despite the package being unopened and the sale occurring less than half an hour before.
Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed in these business practices, but at least there are plenty of other dispensaries nearby which respect their customers. read more
