Once they received my paperwork (DC & court papers) that I gave in person to this location, Loretta told me over the phone that they would send me an estate application, that I would need an EIN, and it would take 7-10 business days after processing the application to open and fund the account. She also said they need my signature on file which they have through the application. I waited for them to send the application, and I waited, and waited. I called and left a few voicemails with Loretta over the course of a few weeks, and didn't get a call back. I finally requested to speak to another staff member, and immediately she discovered that the application was sent to the incorrect email address. She got the correct address and sent the application immediately. I filled that out and waited for them to tell me it was funded. I waited 7 days, and then I called them. It was funded earlier in the week. I had a few checks to deposit to this account, so I took them into this location. The teller was friendly, and he told me it wasn't necessary to sign these checks. Later, I paid them another visit. I had title paperwork that needed several pages to be notarized. I checked in with the person up front, and they led me straight into the room to take care of our business. I've had very good experiences in person at this location, but the handling of the business via the phone wasn't nearly as much fun.

This review concerns our experience closing out the paperwork at the end, the staff, the facility. They were clearly utilizing Covid-safe practices, carefully scheduling clients to keep capacity at a minimum. Our conference room was clean, pens were sanitized and we were asked to pocket those that we used. Our loan officer exhibited an efficiency that lacked... personality? But oh well. Nothing was explained to me, I'd just suddenly get an automated request to sign documents. I made specific requests prior to close because I wanted to ensure closing wasn't a scramble. The paperwork was incorrect when I got to close and I had to sit for over an hour waiting for new paperwork, then resign all the previous documents. It was a mess. And I didn't even get a text message apologizing for their mistakes and the delay.
