During the removal process as they were working to remove the bats and walking on the joists, the bat took off and startled the tech who inadvertently stepped through the ceiling leaving a hole in it. He was completely apologetic and they instantly contacted a local contractor to fix the hole and are didn't even hesitate to pay for all of it. Have had driveway sprayed several times by this business in the past. Called to have it done again…read moreseveral days ago and was told it would cost $10.00 more this time. I also asked to have house sprayed around it for bugs etc. When I called to find out what my total cost was, I was told my total was $250 plus a few cents. $65.00 for the bug spray and $185.00 for the driveway. Person I spoke to started making excuses for why he was charging $85.00 more that I was told it would cost. Then said he would split the difference with me on the $85.00 extra charge. I said, "ok, but I will never do business with you again. I will also put this experience on facebook". This is an unacceptable business practice.
