I went in to have a hydraulic hose built. This "Guy" told me he could not do it for me. Isn't that…read morewhat they do? Don't do business with these people. I don't understand why. Im a fence contractor. Maybe it's all about big money. There are local people who can do this. Thank god! My name is Arthur and I love Livingston and the great people who live here.

The biggest thing I needed was to have the hours verified, the machine meter read 1500 but there seemed to be many things wrong with the machine and I didn't want to spend a lot of money if the meter was way off. John said he could verify the hours. I informed him the machine would not be there until the end of May. He said he could get it in. Bobcat arrived May 29th, two weeks after it arrived, he still had not verified the hours. He keeps telling me things he thought were broken on the machine but I as I told him from the start, I needed the hours verified. After many calls John finally verified the hours were correct on the meter. Now we could start to fix things. First John said that the machine needed new joy sticks and there may be a problem with a drive motor. They fixed the joy sticks, determined that the machine didn't need work on the drive motors and called to tell me the machine was ready to go. I went right over and paid and started to load the machine on my trailer, but the machine did not have enough power to go up the ramps on the trailer. So much for ready to go. A couple more weeks went by and I got a call from John who says the machine needs two drive motors that would be $4,900 each. I ask him to wait to order the new motors so I could see if I can get the ones in the machine rebuilt. I find a company in TX can rebuild the motors with warranty for $1,200 each. Within the hour from Johns call I have picked up the motors and packed and shipped them off to TX. The company that rebuilds the motors informed me that Kamps is their client already, so instead of giving me the chance to rebuilt they wanted to charge the much higher price to buy new motors. The motors are back at Kamps on July 23rd. On August 10th I call to see if I can pick up my Machine. John tells me that they have not worked on it, that they are busy, it's now been 73 days since the machine was dropped at there yard. I ask when will the machine be done, John again says they are busy. I remind him they have had my machine for 73 days and ask again when will my machine be finish. John screams at me that they are busy and hangs up on me. I called and ask to talk to Bob the top of the food chain at Kamp. Bob listens to me and says he will talk to John and call me back. Bob calls back and states they are really busy, and it would be best if I come and get my machine. I explain to Bob the machine is tore apart and cannot be driven onto the trailer, his response is they can load it with there forklifts. Then they send me another bill for $982.41 You be the Judge if you should have them do service work for you. I won't make this mistake again.
