Still waiting on a five month refund. After missing or refusing to empty my dumpster due to land scape Timbers as organic as they may be the entire month of July was missed. I canceled my service Because nowhere in contract does it state I cannot put them in my dumpster. After calling every day after my cancellation to see if they were coming to get it I was told it was on schedule for today. Three weeks in a row. When I asked about my refund they said it could take up to 5 weeks depending on my bank. This is bull crap. It only takes a day to credit it back to my bank card or a half a day if submitted before 2:00 for my bank. They also told me they could not issue a refund until the dumpster was picked up. So I took the initiative to load it on my trailer and deliver straight to their parking lot full of a months worth of stinky trash. Since they kept fumbling and giving me the run around which was a big inconvenience. Should have charged them for fuel Since I was coming from two towns away. I just called again and told them it was delivered two days ago by me, lady told me it was scheduled to be picked up today. I couldn't help but laugh. I think that's just something they're trained to say when they're giving you some more run around like a Democrat politician. Well it's delivered give me my refund. Here you go. read more

If I could put a negative 10 I would! They continually miss my pick up day and then tell me they will be there the next day and then they don't show up... and then the next day and I'm told they are going to be there and they don't show up...I've gone 2 weeks without service and then they say they won't charge me for being over weight!!! Really...thanks! I'm I over weight because yall are dumping my trash!!! I would find another company but no others service my road! Their Customer Service practices reflect their business...GARBAGE! They missed our street for trash pick up. We called and were told they would come by and get it. They didn't. We called again; they said they would do it that day...they didn't. I called customer service again and while on hold with the cust service rep, I was disconnected. Pick up will not get done unless u pay by the 1st. If you are paying online make sure you have the long ass account number they issue you. Customer service is RIDICULOUS. They have never provided me services, I signed up, they canceled it the following day and it took like a week to get my money back from them .. Then they kept my info on file... I have been fighting with this company for almost two years. They have missed my pick-up multiple times and every time I call, they just tell me they will pick up extra next week. Except for 1 person, the customer service people all have a crappy attitude no matter how civil you try and be with them. It's always, "the supervisor said they will be there tomorrow for sure" and they never are. Every time they make a mistake you are the one that pays for it. Frontier just bought out our trash company they switched trash days for the holidays which was fine. So I put mind out the night before the new day. They didn't show I called they said will call you back. Never did called Friday after Thanksgiving they gave me run around said I didn't put it out in time I explained I did and they had missed our subdivision several customers. She ended I'll put in a work order I won't have drivers tell Monday it might be 3-4 days I said our normal day is Wednesday she said well I'd make sure you put it out on time for Wednesday.
