Carrie your wrong this place is awesome I lived here for 5 years this place Is better than any more mobile home parks!

The management within the park are wonderful people, but they are pushed by a property manager that, maybe!, comes around once a month. He is arrogant, and does not understand the lower class people and how we struggle. Yes, he is much more advantaged than we ( the residents ) are. I have been here 2 years and have seen a complete turn around of this property, all due to the perseverance of the managers on site. ( LUV U GUYS ) It seems to me that the more we (meaning the managers on site and the residents ) do , the more the property manager pushes. Yes we want a nice park. Yes, we want it to safe! Yes , we a want a great community! This is the problem-: EVERY SINGLE MONTH the property manager ( off site ) is pushing people to spend money that we just don't have. Every one in this park is trying hard so-o-o-o-o--o to fix , repair , upgrade, and abide by what the property manager wants! It is working, but it takes time. Because this park is not upscale: there isn't a pool, a rec. center, a dog walk, etc., ect. NOTHING!!!!!!!!! It is hard to justify spending $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 to fix up the home you purchased without being able to get that money back in return, or any part of it. Now , as I was saying about the property management company wanting more, more, more - as a resident I just found out ( for this month ) I am required to trim my own trees on the property.( Keep in mind that I own my home, but I have to rent the land in order to live here) Doesn't sound like much? We are talking trees that are at the least 100 to 200 to 300 to 400ft. in height. For ten years they have let the tress grow without trimming. Why am I responsible for this? They will only accept a professional company to do the work on their property. We are talking MAJOR money.. I am not responsible for the land that I RENT!!!! Last month they took away our water that was included in the land rent. My land rent went up $50.00 due to them now charging for water. Their justification for the pricing is another story. I could add so much more to this list. To the off site property manager : I understand that you are trying to make this a nicer place _ I want that to!!!!!!!! But, I DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS every month to go with your whims!!You CAN - we CAN"T!!! I cannot stress enough how distraught I am. If this continues this park will be empty! I noticed you fegot to metion.the common practice to egstort money or face eviction.the reason for the egstortion is for paying late.yet the reson for being late is them refusing your rent.to top it off if you dont pay them the 800 dallors egstortion fee.or what they call eviction fee with out even being served or any court process at all can i say highly elegal.then they put you and you home on eviction.thats rite they wont let you sell it. So if you lose in court youll have to abondon you home.so who gets to keep your home.the park i know you se them fix up homes .i know this first hand the tried it on me and they never showed up for court hearing.thats rite they are criminal and need to be investiged in coruption and elegal practice.i have been treated with vilance to comply and also treated with vilance if i say 1 more word.that violates 1st admenment.now iam shore when you become a target by them maby then youll understand.and by the way i do not have 1 thing they can violate me for 100% in compliance with the rules yet not one nabor on my block can say that.thats rite every one has 1 or more vilation. read more
