I first asked if there service worked in my area…read more They assured me I would have 5G at my residence and that if I had issues that I could return the phones and cancel service. Purchased plan and phones and when I got home I had zero service. I returned to the store the same day and the store manager "Trumyn" made some changes on the phone and said it would now work. I returned home and still no service. I returned everything the next morning and the same manager told me that I owed nothing. A month later I got a bill for service from T-Mobile. I returned to the store and the same manager said it was a mistake and he would take care of it. Then I get a bill a month later stating that my service was deactivated and my bill was being sent to collections. I finally got to speak with someone from T-Mobile headquarters and they were no more help than the manager. I paid the bill and filed a complaint with the BBB. The worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. It cost me $150 for absolutely zero service.

The watch takes apx 2 hours to charge fully. Once fully charged, in less than 12 hours, you start getting messages the watch needs recharged. I called the store to see how long it should stay charged and was told 3 days (by the manager, Trumayn). Today, I went to the store to exchange it for one that works. Once again, I spoke to Trumayn. He let me know he could exchange it but there would be "a $20 RESTOCKING FEE. In other words, he would put it back and someone else would get a bad battery. OR I could bring it back in 9 days and they'd exchange it free!!! I asked about contacting a district supervisor, and was told "the district Mgr has nothing to do with MY store. I'm in charge". I am an old Sprint customer since 2000. I have never heard such an idiotic policy before. Seriously considering changing that.​. I would NEVER recommend the location at the Morgantown Mall to anyone!!!
