My hasband "oh no, you do that and then pick the lowest omount- you know save some money. Well Gulf Coast a/c and htg won my husbands vote. I figured we'd learn a lesson from this shortly. Well I am so glad I shut up and let my husband hire Gulf Coast. And in less than 3 days ALL was done. No corners cut NO hastily or hurried step to get out and done NO less than perfect but to be expected in the name of saving bank. Undercramped conditions and a cluttered pathway to the attic Randy and Tom engineered our whold system as if it was a simple task. Now I figured I'd start my part of cleaning up after them and paying the price of things broken or jumbled or trampled in my cluttered attic. BUT again I am glad I shut up and all is done. Its sounds like I'm making this up but seriously all is better than I could have envisioned. Everythink is tidy, and shiny new and all working any MY HOUSE IS COOL

It being a weekend, I needed to find a good reliable HVAC technician fast so my house would remain at a reasonable temperature. I am no stranger to extreme discomforts, either physical or emotional. That said, I did not want my dog to suffer. Unfortunately for him, I have raised him with a high degree of comfort, and a hot house would not do for this fragile creature (he's not really, I'm being hyperbolic). In any event, Just Better HVAC came to our rescue. After calling about 10 HVAC services with no success on a Sunday morning, they were here for us when we needed them. David, the technician and company owner, was at my house in less than an hour after calling. Fixed the unit by replacing the dual capacitor in no time. He was a super good dude as well! Mini crisis averted. Now I can go on with my day as originally planned. First world problems, ya know!

We called at 1pm and they gave us a same day appointment and a time frame of when to expect them to arrive, within hours. They arrived on time, calling 10 minutes prior to showing up. The ducts were installed in the 1950's for only heat. At some point cool air from air conditioner was added. The technician suggested replacing the old tin ducts with a newer material. The suggestion saved money. The day was agreed to start. The Henderson crew arrived early and worked into the early evening. They were able to complete all they could do that day. The vents were changing from circular vents to reticular. To complete the job the sheet rock person had to remove sheet rock. A few days later when the sheet rock was removed Henderson returned to complete anchoring the reticular vents. All Was Professionally: 1. The Technician 2. The Bid Was Explained 3. Leave it to say, that this company is now my 'go to' for A/C issues. They were responsive, and had a technician over to my place as quickly as they could. There were two other more likely choices I could have made.....both expensive and both recommended by the folks in my building. So glad I chose Henderson A/C. Prompt, and about half the cost of what I was expecting to pay. AND, honest. My problems ended up being minor, and in fact, when I explained what my buddy had done when replacing the thermostat, I practically got a diagnosis over the phone.
