I did that... I called back while I was in service to confirm with her that he got the message and to remind her I had no service. I told her exactly where I was and please make sure he gets my message to come and help me out. So, assuming the message would get passed and he would come, I sat at my van for over 3 hrs waiting for this dickhead "Kevin" to show up. Never did... so I hike my ass back out of the canyon called them back and got a different lady who had no idea what was going on. In her defense the second woman was great, she actually called Kevin and actually tried to help. If only the first woman I talked do actually did this. Turns out Kevin tried to call me (no service, remember how I told the operator that) he couldn't get a hold of us so he just went home. I told them I was stuck, with no service, and where I was. She said "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do" You're joking right!? Why the hell didn't he come!! I had to have my wife who just gave birth 3 weeks ago bring my spare key 3 hrs away. Why the hell didnt his guy still come even after going home? Did he not realize we were stranded and maybe he should drive out and check? Not to mention the fact that ITS YOUR FUCKING JOB!! I'm going to pay you actual money to do this... I'm blown away at how shitty this was handled. They couldn't have cared less that we were stuck with no food and no water. They blew us off like we're absolutly trash. These people are insentive, lazyx selfish assholes. I will NEVER do any sort of business with these people again. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them.
