This store had alot of nice stuff. Just remember not to bother the miserable racist old ladies who work there. I asked to look at a bracelet that was locked in a case. She was rude and behaved as if I was a bother. Yelled at me because when she asked which one I thought she meant which bracelet. "I can't find the key unless I know the number on the case" Well, guess what there was no number on the case. Then she came back and said she didn't have a key to it. Ok then...I was looking at some other stuff waiting for my sister. I heard them discussing how she just didn't believe black people can get a sunburn. Then my sisters and I waited in line awhile because the three old women who worked therel were too busy gossiping to pay attention to the fact we were trying to check out. I mentioned that we were from out of town and would not be back to that store. The woman said "Where you from?" I told her Ft. Worth. Here response was "Oh a sanctuary city. Do y'all see alot of illegals?" We were stunned. These ignorant hillbillies need to leave their racist opinions at the door. We visit Abeline frequently and love to check out the thrift stores. However we will never darken the door of the nasty little place. Don't waste your time going in there. The merchandise is nice but not worth the hassle and rude racist attitude. read more
