I am thinking the food options may have changed since someone reviewed this place last. We ended up eating a buffet. They did not have a la carte options. The buffet as ok. It wasn't impressive. Some of the food, especially in the salad section, looked like it had been sitting around for a while. I am not sure if this was due to it almost being dinnertime. The buffet included soups, fish, meat, rice. They also had something that resembled a quesadilla/ empanada. That was probably one of my favorites.
At 6:30pm, the staff began coming around with different pizza selections that were included in the buffet. I tried their cheese pizza. The crust was average, but the cheese used was really good. We then also noticed that they had set out new food items in their cold/ salad section. The best part of the new items was the mango and watermelon. I gave it four stars because once the dinner options started coming out, the food quality improved.
For drinks, they have water, tea, beer, soft drinks and mixed drinks.
The buffet did not have dessert.
For the buffet and two teas, I paid around $13 USD. Not too bad.
The waiters did not speak English or Spanish, but we were able to communicate our needs with each other. read more
