Try that as a waiter, Uber driver, insurance salesperson or any other occupation. You will probably lose if you go to them.

I purchased tickets through what looked like a site for my local venue in October for a June event…read more I was contacted in March about a "change" to the delivery method for my tickets - as if I had inquired about it, which I had not. They indicated that "once my order was processed" they would send me the tickets - at least 4 days in advance of the event. Today, one day before the event, I called them to see where my tickets were and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then told me that they made a mistake and didn't actually have tickets for me. They claim they are refunding the purchase price, but I have not yet seen this refund. Do not use them. Also, they have a grade of "F" on the BBB site in Connecticut. (Which I only found out while googling while I was on hold and had a sinking feeling in my gut about this whole scam.)
