I have been here three times and every time the only woman working the evening shift has been ill-mannered and unrefined. At first I gave her the benefit of a doubt that she was having a bad day. But Lord Almighty!!! North Korea and ISIS have a warmer welcome than that discourteous woman. Each time I walk in I get this "Hi" greeting, but I think anyone can feel the disdain and resentment in that "welcoming" response. That, along with no eye contact, no smile and no sincerity; just a disturbing underlying message that all those that enter the store are not welcome. The other day I forgot my driver's license. I got red hot lickin's for not having specifically either an Arizona or New Mexico driver's license or state ID. I only have a Hawaii driver's license, which I forgotten, but had my US Passport in hand neither of which did not seem like an acceptable form of identification. After making a big stink of it she allowed me to rent the movies (thanks for nothing but getting me stressed over little issues) I have never been so severely interrogated to that degree for renting two $1.99 movies and demanding that I should have either an AZ or NM identification cards to rent movies. I too work in customer service and have been in that industry for over 15 years. My experience with that woman is the most awful thing I have experienced (worse than the racism I've experienced in all my life) I have to say I love the selection of movies the company has to offer but that woman needs to conduct herself accordingly or find a job she will enjoy because it's obvious that she hates it there and takes it out on those who want to enjoy their evenings and she has to ruin it with that morbid monstrous attitude of hers. Don't think I'll be returning to that store if I see that vulgar nightmarish woman skulking behind the front counter. read more
