It took a month to finally get ahold of Mr. Kalush regarding my tax matter. Once I finally did have a response it was via email. I outlined my entire circumstance with him in the emails. I had to follow up several more times to get a response from him. Every response would have about 25% of the questions answered. If we where rating on his billing response time he would be a 5 out of 5 because he was always prompt to bill and then take 3-5 days to responde to my questions. Once I finally had enough of the back and forth with him and not having any answers he responded to me letting him know I was moving a different direction with the following very professional response: "I also have excellent rapport with most of the Denver Revenue Officers...your loss."
