I cannot say enough great about this place! I've had amazing experiences EVERY single time I've gone in. I'm a heavy user so it's once or twice a week for the Bogo deal they have(which is stellar btw). Greg is awesome(owner) Becca is awesome, and very sweet, informative, and helpful. The other few employees I've dealt with are always great too, I'm just bad with names. There's not alot of competition as it is, with standalone stores in Denver. But even if there were, no one would match up. Outstanding service, unbeatable pricing, and still a great quality product that never disappoints. But if it DOES....they'll refund or replace. How do you beat that? They remember me when I come in. Greg even remembered what I preferred strain-wise, from only previous interaction. Today when I went in, they were out of that one, so He gave me a free sample of a recommendation he had based off of my previous orders, for me to try in the meantime, until they get my favorite back in. Stop wasting your money at overpriced Headshops or gambling with the online roll of the dice. If you're a regular Kratom user, you need to find a good place like this, that shows value to customer loyalty, but most importantly....earns every ounce of it! They've even stayed late for me when I called to ask what time they closed! Who does that? Good business people who care. That's who. And no I don't work for them, or get any kickbacks. Yet....maybe I should look into that. I've got a few great ideas. Lol read more

Front Range Kratom - They have CBD for your fur babies too! - Traditional Chinese Medicine Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

Overall they're the best around town. The staff are very caring and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I walked in there in with a painful muscle ache and walked out painless. They are the definition of truly awesome customer service read more

5 Stars - Consistently Excellent for 5 Years! I've been ordering from this shop for over 5 years, and they've never let me down. The kratom is always fresh, potent, and exactly as described. What really makes the difference is the customer service -- Grant has been my go-to guy for years now, and he always goes above and beyond. Shipping is fast, communication is great, and the overall experience is as reliable as it gets. If you're looking for a trusted, high-quality kratom source, this is the place. read more

The best. They also have an incredible selection of micronized kava. This will be the only place I go. Someone give Gabe and Grant a raise, they're able to give mr detailed breakdowns of each kava and what they feel like. read more

excellent customer service. grant was special. must see him. he greeted me and help me asap through all i needed.

I was looking for some CBD products for my arthritic knee. I had been there for for some CBD cream about a year ago. The whole store has been remodeled. They have a professional and sleek look with staff that is knowledgable and friendly. The manager was there and we found the right product for me. I ended up buying some CBD gummies and a guide on how to properly use them. The store is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. We will be back. I was impressed with the staff. read more

Front Range Kratom - Traditional Chinese Medicine Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

Man, this place is fantastic! I've been using kratom since 2012 or so and bought kratom from many places at so many different stores and thus place is the best. Grant, Gabe, Mike and Angel are all wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. Great kanna, kava and CBD products as well. For kratom they carry the full variety - powders, extracts, gummies, cookies and shots. No dangerous fads or unethical companies either. You can trust Front Range Kratom whether you are an experienced user or just curious about these useful plants. I'm so grateful they're near by! I've been a customer for years with no end in sight. :D read more

excellent service, super cool workers and wonderful products what more could you ask for?! I love this store read more

I don't expect much from a CBD store...but this place has customer service like you'd expect in a high end restaurant. The staff was extremely knowledgable about their products and answered all of my questions. Both CBD and Kratom are typically sold in sketchy places, and this place is anything but that. Thanks for a more than professional experience! read more

These guy here are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I only come here and I live in Blackhawk. The highest quality product in the metro area.

Super informative, Grant was awesome great and healthy products! The kratom is very strong and the kava is super clean. Much love to the staff and mission at Front Range! read more

Super friendly and informative service! Grant was very helpful and treated me like family :)

I came in 2 weeks ago to buy some kratom for my wife and I was greeted by this young man who was super rude and was not very knowledgeable at all about the products he was selling me. I believe he referred to himself as "Angel." Will not be coming here again read more

Honestly I never have problems when I come get goodies here, but this time I was not impressed, I came in late last week around 7 and spoke to a young man with the worst attitude problem I understand we got our days but I don't think I'll step back in that place after that. His coworker referred to him as angel that's all I got, I told him god bless you and continued with my night, I did nothing to deserve this type of treatment and hope something changes in the future! Thanks! Former customer! read more

My new go to Kratom store! Definitely my favorite Kratom I have ever tried. They have a big variety and are very knowledgeable. All of their staff is very friendly. Grant is always very welcoming and helpful which really makes me feel very confident in their product! read more

They have the heat when it comes to Kratom. Super fresh and potent. Absolutely a banger.

My name is Russ and I recently got shot and fortunately I survived and the hospitals sent me home with so many painkillers but I'm not trying to do all that! So I decided to turn to Kratom and I went into their store and the customer service is unmatched they are the nicest people I've ever met in my life! All of their Kratom products that I've tried so far are clean and make me feel great and is a perfect substitute for opiate medication's and my overall sense of well-being! My first trip in there was two weeks ago and I got 2 kg and because of my purchase I got 4 ounces for free and another 3 ounces for free and a coupon for $10 off or 5 ounces for the price of three! I really love this store and I recommend you always tip them because of how helpful and generous they are and they deserve it! I went in there tonight 8/28/21 to redeem my 4 ounces and they were so helpful and it's a good conversation and both times that I've been in there I left feeling euphoric and happy that I found them! I recommend that you try them and if I could put 100 stars I would LOL! I just love this place and I'm very impressed! read more

See all

I really like the products and pricing here. I've been in recovery for 7 years, and kratom is great for helping me to stay on track. Even though I have to drive up from CoSprings, it's totally worth the trip (plus I get to grab some China Chef). The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. read more

Pure, clean, very good kratom. The staff is knowledgeable & very helpful on selecting the proper strain for your needs. Their prices are good, and because they sell a high quality product, I'm using less. Highly recommend. read more

Just tried the Kratom out and love it. I can tell this is good kratom. I am in the process of moving to CO, and used to mail order my Kratom from west coast. So in Colorado I have tried 2 other stores that sell Kratom. One downtown which I like, one also in Aurora but don't have a feeling on that place. And this place, by far this is my favorite. Their knowledge is also what is important about the safety of the Kratom. read more

New to kratom? This place is great. I called ahead and had a helpful chat, followed up with a visit. It's one of 2 shops I now consider my top picks for Westminster and surrounding area. I'm quite new to kratom and discovered this gem after a fair bit of frustrating "shopping around". I look for a solid selection, but good customer service and knowledgeable staff are paramount, and I couldn't be happier. I've certainly experienced very disinterested and uninformed service in other shops. At Front Range, management has my sincere appreciation for their professionalism and insight. All of my purchases have been good quality and every visit has been pleasant. Thank you guys! read more

I absolutely love this place! No one can beat their quality and prices. I thought the other places I was going were good, until I went here. Now as long as I live in Colorado, I will never go anywhere else for my Kratom. I buy a kilo every 2 weeks, and I have never been disappointed. Oh! And everyone who works here is extremely nice & helpful. Thank you front Range Kratom! Please never change! read more

Great customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They welcomed all walks of life who came into the store while I was there - anyone from kids in their 20s to adult businessmen, and treated me like I'd been coming there for years. Found them on google. They are closer to my house than the other place I was going to. The owners have actually visited the plant where the Kratom is being manufactured and have confirmed everything is legit. If you're currently ordering online or going to a headshop I would give this place a try. You won't be disappointed! Also, they guarantee their product. As a first time visitor I was told I could return anything that didn't work for an exchange or refund. Nobody else in the industry has offered me that. read more

Wow what a cool spot. Online is currently the cheapest and probably best place to get quality kratom but it's not always convenient especially in those emergency type situations. I was really impressed with the lay out of this place. I've seen shops that just have kratom all over the place in kilo bags and this place has the strains nicely in tupperware containers and labeled. VERY cool staff and good quality product (at least the red I tried) pricing? Well considering an oz is $14 that beats every headshop n town and I got an oz for free to sample which is how it should be done to get people to come back and spend money. Smart business right there. A++++ read more

Casey is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service! Always a pleasure...

This is the best place I have ever shopped for kratom and I have lived all over the country. The prices are beyond fair. The staff is so great! So friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Love love love this shop read more

I moved out of the area, but still go here any time I am near, because these guys are still awesome! Same great product, the best customer service anywhere, as well as many perks along the way. During the start of the pandemic and they had to close the store briefly, they bent over backwards and did anything it took to get orders out to the customer, whether it be shipping or delivery, etc. Thankfully they were allowed to reopen after a brief time and I think they still can ship orders. If you give these guys a try, I guarantee you will also be a repeat customer! read more

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR KRATOM & CBD'S! - They have the best prices and a wide selection. The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. You can get it elsewhere, but you won't find better prices, a wider selction, or a more consistant/dependable source. read more

I stopped in here about 2 weeks ago to check out the products and was very impressed with the products available! There is a pretty big selection to choose from, and Casey was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough in explaining the differences between strains and was able to answer all my questions! This is the only place I will do business with as far as Kratom or CBD goes. These guys know their stuff, I strongly recommend this business thanks to this experience. read more
