I cannot say enough great about this place! I've had amazing experiences EVERY single time I've gone in. I'm a heavy user so it's once or twice a week for the Bogo deal they have(which is stellar btw). Greg is awesome(owner) Becca is awesome, and very sweet, informative, and helpful. The other few employees I've dealt with are always great too, I'm just bad with names. There's not alot of competition as it is, with standalone stores in Denver. But even if there were, no one would match up. Outstanding service, unbeatable pricing, and still a great quality product that never disappoints. But if it DOES....they'll refund or replace. How do you beat that? They remember me when I come in. Greg even remembered what I preferred strain-wise, from only previous interaction. Today when I went in, they were out of that one, so He gave me a free sample of a recommendation he had based off of my previous orders, for me to try in the meantime, until they get my favorite back in. Stop wasting your money at overpriced Headshops or gambling with the online roll of the dice. If you're a regular Kratom user, you need to find a good place like this, that shows value to customer loyalty, but most importantly....earns every ounce of it! They've even stayed late for me when I called to ask what time they closed! Who does that? Good business people who care. That's who. And no I don't work for them, or get any kickbacks. I was looking for some CBD products for my arthritic knee. I had been there for for some CBD cream about a year ago. The whole store has been remodeled. They have a professional and sleek look with staff that is knowledgable and friendly. The manager was there and we found the right product for me. Great customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They welcomed all walks of life who came into the store while I was there - anyone from kids in their 20s to adult businessmen, and treated me like I'd been coming there for years. Found them on google. They are closer to my house than the other place I was going to. The owners have actually visited the plant where the Kratom is being manufactured and have confirmed everything is legit. If you're currently ordering online or going to a headshop I would give this place a try. You won't be disappointed! Also, they guarantee their product. Wow what a cool spot. Online is currently the cheapest and probably best place to get quality kratom but it's not always convenient especially in those emergency type situations. I was really impressed with the lay out of this place. I've seen shops that just have kratom all over the place in kilo bags and this place has the strains nicely in tupperware containers and labeled. VERY cool staff and good quality product (at least the red I tried) pricing? Well considering an oz is $14 that beats every headshop n town and I got an oz for free to sample which is how it should be done to get people to come back and spend money.
