I have only bought coins from reputable numismatic coin dealers. Never go to an Antique shop to buy coins unless you know they will buy the coins back. Otherwise, consider yourself ripped off, if they do not. A reputable dealer will buy back a coin or coins from you if you purchased coins from them. My experience is very poor at this shop and I will never return. On a scale of 1to 10, with 10 being the highest, I'll give them a minus 1. My advice to anyone seeking to buy numismatic coins is : Only buy numismatic coins from a reputable dealer who knows what they are doing and will buy back the coins you bought from them.

We headed that way and found the Fortney Home which is an historic mansion filled with antiques and collectibles. The owner has filled the whole house with items and each room has it's own theme. Lots of high quality stuff for sale here. The owner is a longtime business owner in Nacogdoches and has had several different businesses over the years. Check it out! They had free coffee while I was there which was tasty and also for sale in small packages. I assume a local coffee company but forgot to ask. My wife and I found several items to purchase. I bought some old spoons to make a wind chime. My wife found an Iris and Herringbone bowl for $4 (either here or next door... I forget.) They do have a clean restroom. I didn't get the address but their next-door neighbor to the left is 8362 Old Hwy 171, Grand Cane, LA 71032. I did jot down their hours which are Tues-Fri 10-5, Sat 10-2, Sun-Mon closed.
