There was a period in time when pets were dying on airlines & Tyler found an alternative to get our furbabies to us in a safe & timely manner. I needed some way to get my Maggie from Texas to Georgetown so I gave Tyler a call and worked out all the details. Tyler was very nice & professional and really cares about the furbabies in his care. Tyler picked Maggie up in Texas and kept in touch the whole time with pictures when he made stops & texts . As an added bonus when Tyler got to Georgetown he carried everything in the house for my husband who had just had hip surgery. So thank you Tyler for taking care of both my babies .

Our dogs range in ages from 8 months old to 17 years old. Not only does she excel at keeping all of our littles well taken care of with care that's tailored to each of their individual needs, but she also works with training them, she sends us several daily reports with photos and videos, she's always available for us to get ahold of if needed, she gets our mail and packages, she keeps our house safe and clean, and the icing on the cake is that she spoils our babies with LOTS of love! Michelle has taken them out for adventures, car rides, walks, pup cups, the list could go on and on! Most recently our 17 year old shihpoo became sick with stomach issues while we were out of town and Michelle gave her genuine mother's love! She went to our vet to pick up prescriptions and administered medication. She had to do lots of cleaning and laundry due to the illness. We trust Michelle with all of our dogs care and everything in our home to the fullest ! We will never use anyone else! If it weren't for Michelle we wouldn't be able to take time away for a vacation.
