I didn't expect so much hatred and false accusations for the owners. The owner accused us that we…read moretook their pillow. We kept explaining that we never took the pillow out of the room. We even described as much in detail as possible where we placed everything we used. However, the owner insisted we should pay for the missing pillow. I refused. Later they went through airbnb and claimed the pillow to be worth a even higher price than previously claimed. I began to feel they are just trying to get more money from me. Please be advised to TAKE PHOTOS of the inventories after you checked in and right before you checked out. I never thought that was necessary when I stayed at other airbnb properties in the past. However, after experienced all the trouble here, I became more cautious to keep evidence in the future.Running into this indecency during travelling stays on your mind and really hurts your feeling. They kept imagining that I take vengeance on them because they didn't provide hair dryer...we were just travelling with a light mood. We didn't even pay attention. They reflected their darkness in their heart on us. They tried to picture us as dirty and indecent people all the time. Could they be racists? I am just so confused...

It was just the hubs and I and our pup, so we didn't really need any more room than what we had. There was a full size coffeemaker and fresh coffee, along with some snacks. My biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. It felt like the owner (who lives about 50 feet away) may be hanging out in here regularly, which is fine, but at least hire someone to clean it before guests arrive. The main reason I stayed is because there was bad weather the first night and I didn't want my husband to have to reload all of our stuff and go find some other place. The owner seemed to be a nice guy and I didn't hate the accommodations, I just prefer it to be clean. Price was reasonable as well.

Contacted Maid Clean about deep cleaning and had a quick response! She was flexible and…read moreunderstanding of my needs. She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! The drain had a reflection on the side of the tub! She's literally not even finished but I just couldn't even wait to post a review that's how awesome of a job she did. My home is over 2,000 sq ft and she has been grinding away all day! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaning service! She's super affordable (in my opinion) and really kind. She's pet friendly too!
