So I found her a hair salon and this was the one and I'm so happy it was!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful even though we don't know a word of German. They were very hospitable, bringing us drinks. And the beautiful lady who helped my mom (unfortunately don't know her name) diligently made sure to understand what exactly my mom wanted and delivered amazing results!
