This was handsdown the best haircut I have gotten in the last couple of years. My barber was…read moreAbdelhamid who did a fantastic job cutting my hair to perfection. He also did a light waxing which I had never experienced before but appreciated quite a lot as I would have had to do myself otherwise. Amazing business, quality and prices. Make sure to ask for Abdelhamid when you go.

If you enjoy a quality haircut I do not recommend going here. Typically, I get a fade (3 on the top…read morefade all around). The barber who cut my hair was the first one to the right when you walk in The haircut: the haircut was horrible. For starters, he cut my hair with an electric machine... Any barber will tell you that's a big no no. There was a language barrier between us but he understood enough to cut my hair. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do that. Little did I know that my hair was going to take a turn for the worst. He pushed my lining back into a u shape, the fade wasn't even a fade it was only one shade then 3 on top, and I had to walk him through how it was supposed to be done. The price: all together it was 12 euros plus tip which isn't that bad. Now I feel like I should of paid more The overall experience: Overall, bad experience. The guy was nice but in the end what matters to me is your product and his product was "whack". If your going to call yourself a barber you have to recognize someone's head and see the haircut. I will never go there again

Unfriendly staff! The worst customer service ever!…read more I have living in Frankfurt for a couple of months now, so my German is not so good at the moment. (In learning process). So, by recommendation I was told that in this Haircut salon the staff speaks English, when I got in I asked to one of the staff persons if he speaks English, his react was very unfriendly and rude since he started yelling me that they only speaks in German. I think would be enough with a simple "No" . so I just turned around and got out of there. After that I went to another salon where the attendant only speaks in German, but his attention was completely different and friendly, we were able to understand each other with my poor German. So, I won't recommend that place for those which are not German speakers since their tolerance is completely non-existent, and also for German speakers because the customer service is dreadful!
