The staff are extra helpful, and the range of products is pretty good. They also have an embedded 'Kamps' bakery. One particular fond memory I have of the place is when I met SPD candidate Andy Grote on the Saturday before the elections and we spent a good 20 minutes chatting about his vision for St. Pauli. Not sure if he did actually win because the election is far too complicated to understand for a non-native speaker, but good luck to him if he did!

I initially went here to get cold medication, but all they had was some candy like throat lozenges, which did not help. I didn't realize I would have to go to a dedicated pharmacy. I also bought 3 extremely fresh, warm pretzels. They were pretty amazing.
