Dr. Roczey was recommended to me by a friend, I called to make an appointment and he was able to see me soon after with ease. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his friendly staff then Dr Roczey took a few X-rays to look at what the issue was. He gave a thorough exam to find that it was a pinch nerve and adjusted my back. I don't know what I would if I had not found him because I am already feeling so much better. Dr. Roczey also gave me several exercises to do to help improve my posture. They went as far as following a minor to his car to demand a bigger tip. Everyone here is unprofessional, and it starts from the owner. Read the google reviews and you will see the owner being rude to some, while giving the same tired response to everyone who left a review about them demanding more tips. The response was "we are sorry, customers typically tip 15-20% but it is ultimately up to them. We will do what we can to fix this". If it was up to the customers, then multiple customers wouldn't be saying the exact same thing about being harassed for tips. Clearly nothing is being done to fix it. Disrespectful and money hungry people that work there. They don't give magical massages to do all of that. Go to the other spa right down the street.
