I've never walked through the doors of this bank and very seldom do I walk into a lobby of any bank…read morebeing most of my personal transactions I do online or at a walk up ATM - with the invention of the smart phone I don't see a reason to interact with a bank in person, I can make deposits with my phone and if there ever comes a day this phone starts dispensing cash I doubt I'd ever pull into their parking lots again. There are a few reasons I like this bank and it has little to do with this particular location - "Wells Fargo Bank ATM's dispenses large bills" it's ridiculous that most banks don't, I mean who wants to pack around a thousand bucks in twenty dollar notes. I know my bank must hate these guys since they have to reimburse me for any ATM fees WFB charges me, it's seem like that would be enough justification to follow their lead - until that time comes I will continue to push "yes I want to continue the transaction" no matter what the fee is...

Find another credit union…read more This is by far the most unprofessional banking institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At best their staff is incapable of relaying correct information, following up with requests, or maintaining accurate records. At worst they are rude and straight up offensive to their clientele. I have never had customer reps be so consistently rude to me when making simple requests that would be handled swiftly and efficiently by any other financial institution. I have had better experiences dealing with Sallie Mae! I have refinanced my loan with them at a higher interest rate simply to get away from them. Their website is another issue. Whoever designed it apparently has no idea what websites are for and has never heard the term "functionality". There are literally 10 different options for various bill pays. Navigating it is cumbersome and frustrating. They have so much housekeeping to do both online and off. I have since joined another credit union and I otherwise highly recommend using credit unions. The difference between Launch and my current CU is night and day! Find a credit union that is courteous, professional, and that makes you feel like a valued member. Launch fails miserably to take off on all fronts.

I did have one of my regular deposits held for a day about two years ago. I stop into the bank and talked with the Bank manager and she looked into it. She apologized and got it release the next day. The reason for the hold there had been people committing deposit scams/fraud during that time. I would recommend TD in New Smyrna FL, I find them always helpful and have not had any major issues.

Accessibility of this location can be a little challenging being the entrance and exit is so close to the intersection of State Road 44 and the traffic is almost always backed up. I haven't had any interaction with the staff here but I do like they have both a walk-up and drive-thru ATM, but my favorite feature is they dispense fifty dollar bills instead of only twenty dollar bills like most banks do in the area and since my bank does reimbursement me for any bank fees incurred I use Wells Fargo when I need cash fast...

No one has contacted me but closed my accounts and claim they sent me a cashier check which I still have not received and it is the 10th day today. In fact, even when I questioned them when I found out my accounts were closed they replied that they can close my accounts without giving me an explanation to why. I believe all the 5 stars are given to them by their friends. They don't deserve even one star. I am very much worried about the whereabouts of my 74 thousand dollars. If they called me and asked me to come to the bank to pick my cashier check I would do that but they never warned by phone call, text or email.
