The manager at the branch I called told me that their company is new and their corporate sends checks via mail to people with better credit. Maybe I shouldn't have used that money. I called them to see what was taking so long and they said my credit card had expired and I needed to update it in order for the orders to be placed. Why didn't they simply call me for new payment information. Them another day went by and I had to follow up again. They notified me they uploaded one of the four reports I had requested at one time and didn't seem to be aware of the other three. I tried to access my account and after entering my account id, I selected "forgot password" and it sent me an email stating that I couldn't change my password. Called and left a message for assistance. No returned call and so I had to follow up the next morning. They reset my password. After stating that the other three were still not uploaded, their response was "oh yeah, here they are. They should be upload in a few minutes. Got back into the account to discover that there was still one report missing AND THEY HAD RUN THE SCREENING ON THE REAL EATATE AGENT AND NOT THE APPLICANT. They then told me that they had sent an email regarding the missing report that said the applicant would have to call in because there was a fraud alert on the account. I looked through all my emails and couldn't find it. I requested they forward me the email they had sent. After a few minutes on hold, they came back and said it appears that the email was never sent after all. This was ongoing complete chaos for days, and of course I had to deal with multiple calls from agents wondering why they had no answer. I am still waiting for the fourth report as we are trying to get in touch with the fourth applicant to call them.
